Race organizers to create and manage Mini4WD racing events
Racers to discover, register for, and participate in races
Tracking of race results, lap times, and standings
Community engagement around Mini4WD racing

If you register as a race organizer, you additionally agree to:

Provide accurate information about your racing events
Honor registrations and commitments made through the platform
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations for hosting events
Maintain appropriate safety standards at your events
Handle participant data in accordance with privacy regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of the platform operator.

"Mini4WD" is a trademark of Tamiya Inc. This platform is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tamiya Inc.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mini4WD Companion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
